What data we process

Information submitted through the website’s forms (name, e-mail address, phone number, message, consultation times, preferences) is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation and – with separate consent – to send newsletters and tailored offers.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) or on steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or until you withdraw your consent.

Language selection and cookie

On your first visit the website chooses a language based on the country derived from your IP address, using a database stored on our server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, CC BY 4.0); your IP address is neither shared nor stored. The chosen language is remembered for one year in a strictly necessary cookie named “mh_lang”, which contains nothing else.
